Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting components; if a product doesn't meet your vision, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have not been installed or wired to your electrical system.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused items, including all cables and small components, into their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned components, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
